MoSys works closely with leading foundry partners to provide a broad selection of macros and other MoSys IP in a host of popular processes and geometries. As a result, fabless semiconductor companies can choose from an array of preconfigured 1T-SRAM
® CLASSIC Macros, assured of pre-production qualification and a rapid production ramp. Moreover, these customers can continue to cost-reduce their designs by moving to different processes and nodes with minimal additional development effort. MoSys 1T-SRAM macros are currently in production in 180nm, 130nm and 90nm, sampling at 65nm and in development at 55nm and 45nm.
